Occupational Profile

A team leader has an overview of a group of people, manages the operation and admin, motivates and leads people, solves problems and monitors performance. The purpose of the qualification is to develop learners’ knowledge and skills relating to areas of management to enable them to progress their career. The qualification content is mapped to the apprenticeship standard and the portfolio produced by learners for this regulated qualification is suitable for submission to your chosen EPAO as part of the Apprentice’s End-Point Assessment.

Entry Requirements

  • Minimum of level two in literacy and numeracy or equivalent.
  • The qualification is suitable for learners of 16 years of age and above.

Duration

  • 182 Guided Learning hours 
  • These hours are made up of all contact time, guidance, or supervision of a learner by a lecturer, supervisor, tutor, trainer or other appropriate provider of education or training
