Sasha started as an Apprentice with us at Your Move at the age of 18.
Her keen interest in property won us over and, at the same time, we were supporting a local young girl with employment opportunities.
Sasha was able to learn and take responsibility for basic jobs freeing up the time of more experienced staff resulting in better allocation of work and increased productivity.
Other benefits of the Apprenticeship programme, for both our business and Sasha, included being able to develop her skills specifically for our business. Four years later Sasha is still working with Your Move and has progressed from an Apprentice business administrator to a full time Sales Supervisor role.
She is a valued member of the team and is currently completing a Level 5 Apprenticeship in Leadership and Management. Investing in training and development of staff through the Apprenticeship programmes has been highly beneficial to our company and its growth. We have been able to retain Sasha through loyalty and train her with the exact skills needed for our business through a low cost investment in Apprenticeships.
