We offer two distinct qualifications designed to support different roles within your agency. Each qualification is clearly separated to help you choose the best fit for your team.
Level 2: Junior Estate Agent
Investment: £4,000 (95% Government-Funded)
Perfect for those starting their career in estate agency, this qualification builds a solid foundation of knowledge and skills. Apprentices will learn about the property industry, core agency services, essential teamwork, and professional behaviours to deliver excellent client service.

The programme lasts 12–18 months, delivered online with fortnightly tutor support ensuring learning is applied directly to your business.
Level 3: Housing and Property Management
Investment: £7,000 (95% Government-Funded)
Our primary focus is this qualification, tailored for letting agents who manage properties and tenancies. It equips apprentices with advanced skills, legal knowledge, and management capabilities to raise service standards and operational efficiency.
